Application Pre-Rental (Please add notes below that will help with your application process e.g. what area you would like to move into etc.)AREI GROUP PRE-SCREENING & SURVEY AREI Group, a New York-based nonprofit affordable housing developer with a 10-year history in planning affordable housing, is currently accepting pre-screened survey application for a 400-unit planned affordable housing development in New York City. This project targets residents who live at or below the U.S. federal income guidelines and have lived in New York City for at least 5 years. As part of the pre-screening process, we collect general information such as name, contact information, income range, criminal background history, credit, and rental history. We assure all applicants that this data will not be shared with any third parties. We understand the importance of accessibility and inclusivity and welcome applicants requiring handicap accommodations. Additionally, we ask applicants about substance abuse, immigration status, or mental health issues to provide support and resources where necessary. We are excited to provide affordable housing to those in need and help build stronger communities. If you want to apply for our affordable housing waitlist, please complete the pre-screening survey.
