AREI Group is a multi-purpose community development organization dedicated to creating, enhancing, managing, and investing in affordable housing, renewable energy, and innovation.

RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS

AREI Group intends to develop an estimated 15,000 + affordable homes nationwide using nonchemical and one-time use shipping containers. Our planned integrated communities will include 24/7 security, urgent care, daycare, solar energy, and mass transit. The goal is to transition from an affordable housing safety net to housing sustainability by converting renters into homeowners.

COMMERCIAL PROJECTS

AREI Group's enhanced community development center (ECDC) has the ability to offer a range of economic development projects to enhance small, midsize, and large communities. We have experience in working with hub and opportunity zone communities. Our organization has the ability to develop and construct supermarkets, military bases, government, and commercial buildings.

GENERAL CONTRACTING

Arei Group has a team of professional architects & Designers, Structural engineers, Mechanical engineers, Civil engineers, Environmental Consultants, and General contractors with 25 years plus of experience and dealing with government projects with a high success rate.
