About Us:
Arei Group is expanding its commitment to community welfare by launching a new division dedicated to providing mental health services. With over 12 years of experience supporting diverse communities, we are looking for a compassionate, experienced licensed mental health specialist to lead and develop programs to make a significant difference.
Position Overview:
As a licensed mental health specialist at Arei Group, you will be instrumental in establishing this division from the ground up. The ideal candidate will bring both clinical expertise and a passion for community mental health. This role offers a unique opportunity to design and implement counseling programs that prioritize accessibility, quality, and ongoing community support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Development: Work collaboratively with the executive team to design and implement mental health programs and outreach initiatives that address community needs.
- Client Support: Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions, focusing on compassionate and evidence-based treatment approaches.
- Compliance & Licensing: Ensure all clinical operations comply with New York State licensing standards and ethical practices.
- Team Leadership: Oversee a team of support staff, facilitating their training and professional growth.
- Data & Reporting: Maintain thorough records of program effectiveness, client progress, and compliance reports for ongoing improvements and funding requirements.
Requirements:
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York.
- Master’s degree in Mental Health, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with a strong background in community mental health or non-profit sector preferred.
- Proven ability to lead and develop mental health programs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
